His experience spans all aspects of pipeline project execution, including engineering, surveying and project/construction management. Buster owned and operated Pipeline Design Enterprises, Inc. After a merger with Universal Ensco, Inc. in 1989, he served as senior vice president until its sale in 2008. Currently, Buster is the CEO of EnSiteUSA.
Over 29 years of experience in the global natural gas and liquids pipeline industry in roles ranging from project engineer, project manager, construction manager, project director and executive management roles within operating companies, EPCM consulting firms and major construction companies. Brad’s pipeline project leadership experience has been gained on three continents in seven countries, with the majority in the United States and Canada, and his multi-faceted expertise in both EPCM services and construction contracting is invaluable given the ever increasing execution complexity of pipeline projects.
Over 24 years of experience in administration and business management of engineering, construction management and field inspection of pipelines and related facilities. Kim has managed all aspects of field inspection. Additionally, she has developed her knowledge and skillset by working in a variety of disciplines including operations, marketing, sales, business development and corporate development. As vice president of business development and field inspection, Kim oversees the daily operations of field inspection, and the overall sales, marketing and proposal development for EnSiteUSA.
Over 30 years of experience in the natural gas & liquid pipeline and petrochemical industry with an extensive background in operator qualification and compliance sectors. Extensive background in hazard identification and mitigation. Experienced in development of compliance programs to meet OSHA, MSHA and BOEMRE requirements. Strong technical background in the construction and inspection of pipeline and pipeline systems, including land and offshore facilities. Experienced in development and facilitation of federal site security plans as required by Federal MARSEC.
Over 22 years of experience in engineering, technology and operations management. Twelve years of experience in design, construction, operations and maintenance of natural gas transmission pipelines, distribution systems and pipeline facilities. Scott has a thorough understanding of PHMSA pipeline safety regulations, industry standards and FERC 7(c) Certification process. His competencies include civil, mechanical and electrical engineering, pipeline operations and maintenance, specifications and procedures writing, materials control, permitting, budgeting, and project management.
Over 40 years of diverse experience performing, supervising and managing survey work on major domestic pipeline projects and gathering systems. Managing projects utilizing GPS equipment for control networks, survey grade (RTK) and mapping grade (Pro-XRS) surveys. Gary is responsible for all phases of survey projects at EnSiteUSA.
Twenty years of experience in the oil and gas pipeline industry, encompassing a broad range of positions including Project Land Manager, Assistant Project Land Manager, Right-of-Way Supervisor, Senior Right-of-Way Agent, Project Administrator, Office Manager, Title Review and Research, Permitting, Documents Supervision, Land Records Administration, etc.
Over 37 years of experience in all aspects of pipeline surveying and mapping, including route selection and reconnaissance; establishment of geodetic and photogrammetric control networks; conventional, GNSS, GIS and CIPS/DCVG data collection and post-processing and analysis; boundary surveys; topographical and engineering surveys; underground facility locates; construction stakeout and as-built surveys; CAD and GIS mapping; alignment, permit and detail drawing development; record plat and legal description preparation. His project experience spans 17 states and includes work on gas and liquid pipelines, gathering systems, distribution systems, compression facilities, metering and regulation facilities, production facilities and cathodic protection systems.
Over 40 years of experience in the energy industry, including project and construction management of large and small capital projects, domestic and international. He has experience in onshore pipelines and facilities (compressor stations, meter stations, etc.), including project management, conceptual design, budgeting, permitting, procurement and construction of projects. Gayle has been active in several of the largest natural gas pipeline projects in the last 35 years in the U.S.
Experience spans over thirty-five years of executive and project management, engineering design, construction management, pipeline operations, and integrity management from having served in roles with major interstate pipeline operating companies, professional service companies and gas compression equipment engineering, packaging and turnkey installation companies. Michael also has significant pipeline design and construction management experience, including large diameter cross country pipelines. Michael holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University, professionally licensed in nine (9) states and is currently Chairman elect of the Gas Machinery Research Council (GMRC) Board of Directors for 2016/2017.
Over 30 years of experience in the energy industry, including project management and business development for major capital projects domestically and internationally. Her experience includes all phases of project management, from conceptual planning through design, FERC 7(c) permitting, procurement, construction and placement of assets in service. Her extensive pipeline project experience includes managing one of the largest natural gas pipeline projects completed in the last 25 years in the U.S.
Over 30 years in the oil and gas industry, both domestic and international, with extensive experience in the management of both large and smaller pipeline and facility projects. Dick has spent considerable time serving on several industry committees developing new and improved methods used in the industry. He is experienced in FEED and detailed engineering and construction activities. He is also well versed in FERC pre-filing activities.
