EnSiteUSA is committed to employing a diverse workforce and supporting philanthropic initiatives, from charity golf tournaments to veterans’ job fairs nationwide.
Mentorship
At several of our offices, EnSiteUSA offers paid, full-time summer internships to college students with a potential interest in our industry. Students gain valuable hands-on experience learning from — and collaborating with — engineers, project managers and directors. Upon graduation, we frequently offer full-time positions to our interns.
Community Outreach
In Houston, EnSiteUSA has participated in job fairs to promote the hiring of veterans, finding several qualified engineering candidates in the process. Our employees have also partnered with area high schools to provide mentorship in extra-curricular academic programs, including, by example, competitive robotics, advising students on everything from engineering to fundraising and tool safety.
